  • Aaron Marcus '91: Aaron Marcus, as the head of global human resources, leads the recruiting, training, and reward of Dimensional employees across the firm's offices worldwide. Aaron also oversees the design of people-related systems and policies to support Dimensional's growth objectives as a member of the firm's administrative and global management committees. Prior to Dimensional, Aaron spent fourteen years at Goldman Sachs in New York, London, and Hong Kong, most recently as global head of recruiting overseeing all of the investment bank's hiring worldwide. While at Goldman, he also managed campus recruiting as well as the global HR practice for the sales and trading divisions of the firm. Aaron began his Goldman career in commodity operations. Aaron holds an A.B. in Judaic Studies from Brown University.
  • Michael Patrick '92: Michael is the Western Region Practice Leader for Gallagher Equity Advisors, our Private Equity Practice, and the Business Development Manager in the Los Angeles office of Gallagher Benefit Services. He is involved in new client prospecting, development of our private equity practice, client renewals, marketing, claim analysis, client management, employee surveying, industry benchmarking and seminars. Additionally, he works closely with clients to ensure their benefit plans are running smoothly and are meeting the needs of the employer as well as the employee. His clients are both local and national in scope, covering the range from middle-market fully insured plans to\u2028large-scale self-insurance. Prior to joining our team, Michael managed the retirement plan for a Gallagher client. With nearly a decade of client-side experience, he brings a strong client focus and understanding of client needs.
  • Leslie E. Wallis: Leslie Wallis has represented employers in all aspects of employment law. Leslie also served as in-house counsel for a financial institution. She has trial experience, as well as experience in arbitrations and administrative proceedings. Her litigation experience encompasses a broad range of employment issues, including harassment, discrimination, wage and hour matters, class actions, trade secret and unfair competition, and whistleblower and other retaliation claims. Leslie also advises employers in many industries on labor and employment issues including personnel policies and procedures, disciplinary matters and employee handbooks. She also conducts training in the areas of harassment, discrimination and wage and hour issues, workplace investigations and audits employment practices and policies.
