We return to the Huntington, one of our favorite venues in the Pasadena area, for their superb tea, a short walk across the grounds, and a docent tour of the new Erburu Gallery. The Huntington’s distinguished collection of 18th and 19th century European masterpieces is currently assembled in this one beautiful space while the Huntington Residence/Gallery is closed for restoration. The display includes portraits by Reynolds and Romney, landscapes by Constable and Turner, and key elements of their British sculpture and French art collections.
